Lithography / Micro Imaging - The advanced technologies we employ enable the lithography of highly complex micro-geometries for transfer onto a silicon wafer or other material. Once imaging is complete, patterns can be chemically imaged into any coating or substrate and then cut to any shape or size.

Photomask - Photo Sciences full performance mask service is optimum for customers who require assistance with data preparation. Our Design Group will digitize from print or provide a variety of quality conversion applications to make your mask procurement a worry-free experience.

MEMS (Microelectromechanical Systems) Applications - Photo Sciences aids in the construction of MEMS though our micro-imaging process, whereby our Pattern Generators employ light to write the photomasks used in the production of electro-mechanical devices. PSI also provides packaging for MEMS devices.

Optical Assembly - Photo Sciences builds higher quality custom optics, standard optics,
reticles and apertures at a competive price. Our experienced optical engineers and design technicians will work with you to build custom or standard geometries from start to finish. We offer in-house solutions towards the creation of your patterns using a wide variety of materials, coatings (to manipulate the reflectance and transmittance of the component) and shapes.

Projection Graphics - Photo Sciences produces solid or grayscale still graphics and apertures on glass for use in projection applications. These graphics far exceed the lifespan of conventional films.

Durable Micro Text and Digital Storage Solutions - Photo Sciences provides near-permanent storage solutions for text (analog - human readable), graphics, video (digital) and most other media through our ability to put microscopic images in durable, long-life materials such as nickel, kovar and stainless steel.

Micro Circuitry - Photo Sciences produces electronic circuitry on flexible and rigid surfaces. Lines of circuitry can be etched into indium tin oxide, gold or virtually any conductive material at nearly 1 micron pitch.

Optically Patterned Surfaces - Through the use of proprietary write tools, software and processes, Photo Sciences can precisely place microscopic patterns on concave, convex or irregular surfaces, suchas lenses or domes, while tightly controlling pattern integrity.
