In each of our shadowmask designs there are 4 thru-holes for mounting the masks onto a custom fixture we are making. That being said, if the nominal dimension is only in the foil (i.e. the base substrate dimension would be about 150um wider for the thru-holes), this wouldn’t really be ideal for mounting as I imagine the foil component would just deform. Would it be better to account for the addition?
